Fred Cavaye directs this French action thriller following a man as he races through the streets of Paris to save his pregnant wife after she is kidnapped. Life is going well for young couple Samuel (Gilles Lellouche) and Nadia (Elena Anaya). He is about to qualify as a nurse, and she is about to give birth to their first child. But their world is turned upside down in an instant when Samuel inadvertently becomes embroiled in the schemes of a criminal gang that will stop at nothing to achieve its goal.

Living in the countryside with his parents (Franck Dubosc and Marina Foïs) in the 1970s, enfant terrible Boule (Charles Crombez) learns that his father has decided to relocate the family to a dingy high-rise in the suburbs of Paris because of his job. To soften the blow, Boule is entrusted with looking after calamity-prone English Cocker Spaniel Bill (voice of Manu Payet), a gift from his mother. The act of kindness quickly threatens to backfire when the nerve-shredded parents find themselves under siege from Boule and Bill's riotous antics...
Vincent Garenq co-writes and directs this drama based on real events. The film follows French accountant André Bamberski (Daniel Auteuil) in his struggle for justice following the death of his daughter Kalinka (Emma Besson/Lilas-Rose Gilberti) in mysterious circumstances. Accusing Kalinka's stepfather Dieter Krombach (Sebastian Koch) of deliberately drugging her while she was staying at his German home in Lindau, André is mortified when autopsy results come back inconclusive and the case is dropped. After battling for decades, André finally takes the law into his own hands in a desperate attempt to force a retrial in France.
